EMT program at ATU-Ozark meets national standards

The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Educational programs recently certified that the Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic Program at Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus has completed an accreditation review and was found to be in compliance with the nationally established standards.

“The students and patrons served by Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus can be assured that the Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic program meets the industry criteria for excellence,” Bruce Sikes, chief academic officer, said in a statement. “It is our commitment to the communities we serve to provide quality educational programs which enable students to meet the standards that the health care industry requires.”
