Orville Lee Broggi, who resided near Paris, Arkansas, died Friday, May 22, 2026, at his home. He was born on February 27, 1948, in Modesto, California, to the late Lorenzo Joseph Broggi and Wanda Mildred (Knapp) Broggi. He was 78 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 51 years, Betty Ruth (Davis) Broggi; a son, Robert French; a daughter, Ruth Inklebarger; a great-grandson, Chance Hertlein; and four brothers, Vernon Downing, Lloyd Archa, John Archa, and Lorenzo Broggi.
Orville was a retired maintenance man for Tri-Valley Growers/Cannery in Los Banos, California.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27th at Elizabeth Hall Cemetery in New Blaine, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
He is survived by three sons, David French and wife Robin and Billy French, all of Minnesota, and Kenny French of Kansas; a daughter, Sylvia Childers and fiance’ John Elkins of Subiaco; (12) grandchildren, Raven Hertlein and husband Randy, Brandon French, Chris Shelton and wife Amber, Steven Childers, Abb Childers and wife Jennifer, Nicole French, Cindy Brown, Bobbie French, Brian Hibbs, Kayla French, Hannah French, and Danny Andrews; and (13) great-grandchildren.
The family will serve as pallbearers.
