Sunny Pornjaroen

Sunny Pornjaroen, lovingly known as “Vong,” passed away on April 2, 2026, at the age of 67, at his home in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Vong was born on January 31, 1959, in Vientiane, Laos, to Manee Siharath and Janety Siharath. He was a high school graduate and worked in air systems. Outside of work, Sunny found happiness in hunting, fishing, and working with his hands. He was a skilled handyman who took pride in fixing and building things, always ready to lend a helping hand to those around him.

Sunny is survived by his four children, Bobby Pornjaroen, Ashley Pornjaroen, Alexis Pornjaroen, and Arianna Pornjaroen. He is also survived by his granddaughter, Stella Pornjaroen.

A blessing service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at Lewis Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, April 9, 2026. Services entrusted to Lewis Funeral Chapel.
