Vantage 9 is the new name of Rogers-based Firebend. The company and its Control Tower product have rebranded under a single identity to eliminate confusion caused by the generic control tower terminology widely used across supply chain software.

Vantage 9 is a logistics platform built for logistics companies spanning supply chain, warehousing, transportation and logistics operations.

“Logistics teams shouldn’t have to choose between rigid SaaS and slow, expensive custom builds,” said Davy Mears, chief technology officer and co-founder of Vantage 9. “Vantage 9 delivers software that fits your operations, adapts over time and earns trust at enterprise scale.”

In 2019, Firebend was spun out of Fort Smith-based Propak Corp. as a technology company with supply-chain expertise.

“Vantage 9 is designed to work alongside existing enterprise systems to accelerate outcomes without requiring a rip-and-replace approach,” according to a news release. “The rebrand reflects the company’s focus on delivering software that fits how enterprise teams work, without the slow timelines, high costs, and inflexibility traditionally associated with custom development and legacy platforms.”

The company noted that the transition to Vantage 9 is a brand change only. Customers can expect no changes to product functionality, service levels, support or contractual relationships.

Vantage 9 has 20 employees.
