ARBRA Plastic Surgery offers cosmetic and reconstructive procedures and is distinguished in natural-tissue breast reconstruction, providing patients navigating breast cancer recovery with options that place priority on long-term well-being.

Founder Dr. Kasia Kania is the region’s only practicing plastic surgeon with fellowship training in microsurgery and specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. When she arrived in Arkansas, Dr. Kania introduced a level of reconstructive care that had not previously been available to breast cancer patients in the state: advanced reconstructive microsurgery.

Since its founding in June 2025, ARBRA has performed more than 50 flap procedures. In late 2026, it will expand into a new facility in Rogers with an on-site surgical suite and medical spa that offers aesthetic treatments designed to complement and support surgical care. The practice plans to recruit a second full-time, fellowship-trained microsurgeon.
