Norman C Lingo, 85 of Van Buren passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2025 in his home. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp and retired from the Fort Smith Public School Systems in the maintenance department. He was preceded in death by his wife JoAnn (Ashing) Lingo; a daughter, Lillian Lingo; his parents Clyde and Ruth (Sharrah) Lingo; two brothers Jerry and Jimmy Lingo; a daughter-in-law Samantha Jean Lingo.

Funeral services will be 1PM, Tuesday July 8, 2025 graveside at Fort Smith National Cemetery with military honors under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by one son Clyde Lingo of Van Buren; one daughter Ronda Yvonnie of Kibler, two sisters Peggy and Beverly; two brothers Larry David Lingo and Junior Clifton Lingo.

The family will visit with relatives and friends on Monday, July 7, 2025, from 4PM-6PM at Ocker Funeral Home, 700 Jefferson Street Van Buren.
