The Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s 11th annual Women in Business Awards highlights outstanding women who are driving commerce and the community in the Northwest Arkansas region.

Nominated by readers and chosen by the editorial staff, 10 women are honored each year. These honorees are leading startup and longstanding companies, setting examples and pioneering new paths for business leaders, and returning through mentorship the investments made in them when they were working their way to success.

Please know we had a very difficult challenge narrowing this list to 10 honorees this year. There were scores of excellent nominations. If we did not select your nominee this year, I encourage you to nominate them again next year. We accept nominations year-round, with a deadline of April 2026. Many nominees will likely become future winners.

This year, we selected these 10 individuals for their leadership, drive and commitment to improving Northwest Arkansas. Their professional achievements, community involvement, and civic contributions are vital to our region. I hope you enjoy learning more about them and their perspectives on various topics.

These women will get special recognition from the Business Journal at a networking event at 5:30 p.m. June 17 at The Apollo on Emma in downtown Springdale. We hope you’ll join us to share in the well-deserved accolades.

Congratulations to the 2025 Women in Business honorees.
