Brett Kelchen, age 63, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed from this life Tuesday, June 17, 2025. He was born June 18, 1961 in Manchester, Iowa to Merlin and Deona (Beaman) Kelchen. Brett enjoyed grilling, gardening, and being at the pool. He loved to make people laugh.
He was preceded in death by his father, Merlin Kelchen.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Kelly Kelchen of Fort Smith; his son, Brad Walker Kelchen of the home; his mother, Deona Kelchen of Mountain View, AR; his sisters, Theresa Shaeffer and husband Todd of DeForest, Wisconsin, Sandra Moore and husband Ron of Mountain View, AR; his brother, Steven Kelchen and wife Kathy of Bolivar, Missouri; his in-laws, Bill and Nona Walker of Fort Smith; brother-in-law, Scott Walker and wife Brandee of Fort Smith; sister-in-law, Ginger Whitaker and husband Kevin of Canton, Michigan; and several nieces and nephews.
