Ruth Josephine Wheelbarger

Ruth Josephine Wheelbarger, 84, of Van Buren, AR passed away peacefully on Friday May 2, 2025. She was born in Breckenridge, MO on October 5, 1940 to the late Paul William Dee Sanson and Betty Jean Brightman. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Wayne Wheelbarger; a son, Brian Keith Wheelbarger; a sister, Dollie Green; five brothers, Forest Bartlett, David Green, Claude, Leo and T.J Sanson..

Ruth is survived by her daughter, Karen Humphries and husband Charles of Van Buren; three sons, Lyle Wheelbarger of Trenton, MO, Jason Wheelbarger of Hannibal, MO and Curtis Wheelbarger of Kansas City, MO; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
