Land deal closed for proposed skilled nursing facility in Jonesboro

Halsey Thrasher Harpole Real Estate Group sold a 12-acre swath at the confluence of Paula Drive and Parker Road in Jonesboro that will be the site of a new skilled nursing facility. The transaction closed at $2.45 million.

The property is located within the city’s designated growth corridor known as Parker Hollow. The project is led by Reliance Health Care, serving as the developer and administrative services provider for the coming facility.

Construction is expected to begin later this year, with the facility anticipated to open in 2026. The 78,000 square-foot facility is designed to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative services.

Reliance Health Care, founded in 1998 and headquartered in Conway, serves as a provider of administrative services to skilled nursing facilities across the state.
