$1.9 million residential land, office building deals top Craighead County property sales

Morris Real Estate Holdings made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from Feb. 15 to March 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The company spent $1.9 million on 27.71 residential acres on Flemon Road. The deal was completed March 5.
Trident Holdings LLC. made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. The company bought an office building. The deal was for $1.85 million and it was completed Feb. 23.
In the third largest transaction in the region, Bayird Properties LLC bought the Captain D’s on Red Wolf Boulevard. The deal was for $1.4 million and was completed Feb. 26.
