Impact Management Group promotes Ashley Bearden Campbell to partner

Impact Management Group (IMG), a Little Rock-based government affairs and political communications firm, announced that Ashley Bearden Campbell has been promoted to partner effective immediately.

Campbell joined IMG in 2009 and has served as the Director of Communications since 2018 managing clients in the firm’s public affairs, public relations, digital advocacy, and political consulting practice areas. She is also a registered lobbyist representing clients before the Arkansas General Assembly and state agencies.

“Ashley has a long tenure at Impact Management Group, dating back nearly 15 years. Her expertise in media relations, government relations, crisis communications, coalition building, and issue campaign management has been instrumental in advancing the missions of a diverse array of clients at both the local and state levels. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated dedication, high political acumen, and unquestionable professionalism. She is truly instrumental to what we do as a firm, and I’m delighted to have her join as a partner,” said IMG Managing Partner Robert Coon.

She currently serves as the Executive Director for Arkansans for Improving Maternal Health (AIM) whose mission is to raise public awareness, cultivate champions for change, and spur action around the issue of maternal health in Arkansas.

Campbell graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a B.A. in Communication and Writing. She resides in Little Rock with her husband, Alex, and their daughter, Aubrey.
