Excellerate Housing, a subsidiary of Rogers-based Excellerate Foundation, has hired Jamion T. Nash as vice president to lead the foundation’s affordable housing initiatives in Northwest Arkansas.

According to a news release Wednesday (March 13), Nash has an extensive career in real estate, specializing in residential, multifamily and commercial development in the Southeast, Midwest and West Coast. He focuses on the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) industry.

“Nash’s extensive experience and dedication to affordable housing make him an exceptional addition to our team,” said Jeff Webster, president and CEO of Excellerate Foundation. “We are confident that his leadership will further our efforts to provide quality housing solutions for residents throughout Northwest Arkansas.”

Excellerate Foundation announced the subsidiary this past summer.

Webster said it is the culmination of six years of ongoing work by the foundation to develop creative solutions for the affordable housing sector, to unify community stakeholders in realizing those ideas, and to leverage funding to maximize the impact.

“I am honored to join Excellerate Foundation and contribute to its mission of creating vibrant and sustainable communities,” Nash said. “I look forward to leveraging my experience and passion for affordable housing to make a positive impact and provide resources that will help residents in this community thrive.”
