Four commercial buildings in downtown Hot Springs’ bustling tourism corridor are headed for public auction Tuesday (March 19).

Wilson Auctioneers will conduct the auction at The Hotel Hot Springs (305 Malvern Ave.) beginning at 11 a.m.

“Hot Springs boasts a thriving downtown, drawing over 3 million tourists annually,” said David Brewer, the company president. “This auction presents an incredible opportunity for investors to acquire one, two, three or four income-producing properties right on Central Avenue.”

The buildings at 410 Central Ave., 424 Central Ave., 706 Central Ave., and 726 Central Ave. total a combined 21,600 square feet and are all partially occupied by commercial or residential tenants.

The estate of Ed Thompson, a Pine Bluff businessman who died in August 2020, is the owner.

Brewer said interested parties are invited to attend the auction in person or participate online. More details and detailed property descriptions are available at this link.
