Downtown Bentonville Inc. announces new board members, executive committee members

Downtown Bentonville Inc. (DBI) recently announced four new board members and appointed four current members to the board’s executive committee.

The newly appointed board members are:

  • Neil Greenhaw– Owner at PhoneBox Music Agency & Haxton Road Studios; Real Estate Investor/Developer & Luxury Short Term Rental Owner in Downtown Bentonville.
  • Jennifer Cristofaro– Co-Founder of For The Love; Principal Broker and Co-Founder of Mission House Real Estate
  • Bethany Stephens– Former President at Soapbox Influence; Real Estate Advisor
  • Brandom Gengelbach (ex-officio)- President & CEO at Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce

New additions to the board’s executive committee are:

  • Kirk Gober– DBI Board of Directors President; Regional Manager at Schlumberger Scherer Construction Co.
  • Michelle Dearing– DBI Board of Directors Vice President; CEO at Engel & Volkers, Northwest Arkansas
  • Randall Hurban– DBI Board of Directors Treasurer; Owner at rh Architectural Designs
  • Amanda Horn– DBI Board of Directors Secretary; Senior Public Relations Director at Crystal Bridges and the Momentary

“The addition of these dedicated individuals to our board further strengthens our ability to serve Downtown Bentonville effectively,” Gober said. “Their diverse perspectives and expertise will undoubtedly enhance our organization and contribute to the continued success of our downtown community.”

DBI executive director Dana Schlagenhaft expressed gratitude to the new board members,

“We are excited to welcome these talented and passionate team players to help lead DBI this year,” she said. “Their support and dedication will be instrumental as we work towards our mission of maintaining a dynamic and welcoming downtown experience for everyone in our community.”

DBI produces public events throughout the year, including First Fridays, the Bentonville Farmers Market, the annual Lighting of the Square and the Bentonville Christmas Parade.
