The Arkansas Realtors Association (ARA) has named Stephanie White its next CEO. White brings nearly 20 years of industry experience to ARA, including as CEO of the Mobile Area Association of Realtors in Alabama and the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors in Florida.

In addition to her previous CEO roles, White served as the education director for the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and the director of agent development for one of Florida’s largest independent real estate brokerages.

She has volunteered with the National Association of Realtors and its community programs throughout her career.

She succeeds Miki Bass, who retired last fall after 26 years of service to ARA, including 10 as CEO.

“Stephanie will deliver the forward momentum our association needs for continued success in today’s rapidly evolving real estate market,” said 2024 ARA president Jennifer Welch.

“As she’s proven in her more than two decades in the industry, she has the leadership skills, dedication and enthusiasm to empower our association and members to provide the highest-quality service to consumers during the buying and selling process,” Welch added.
