HVAC provider Paschal Air Plumbing & Electric of Tontitown said Thursday (Sept. 28) that it had completed a deal to acquire Larson Heating & Air in Missouri. The financial terms were not disclosed.

Larson has approximately 30 employees and offices in Springfield and St. Joseph, north of Kansas City.

The deal strengthens Paschal’s position in Missouri. Through a previous acquisition, the company has offered services in the Joplin/Carthage area and the majority of southwest Missouri for the past four years.

“The addition of Larson Heating & Air to the Paschal family underscores our commitment to continuous growth and excellence,” president and CEO Charley Boyce said. “We’re eager to harness the combined strengths of our teams and explore the new horizons that this partnership presents.”

Steve Rook, Larson’s former owner, will remain with Paschal as general manager of the company’s southwest Missouri division.

“Our team at Larson has always been dedicated to serving our community with integrity and professionalism,” said Steve Rook, former owner of Larson Heating & Air. “Joining forces with Paschal allows us to tap into a larger network of resources and expertise, ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible.”

Paschal has completed three acquisitions in the past 12 months and six in the past two years to grow its presence throughout Arkansas, Missouri and the Dallas/Fort Worth metro.

Founded in 1968 and operator-owned, the company has approximately 350 employees.
