Missouri-based dealership Clear Creek Golf Car and Utility Vehicles, a Club Car brand distributor, has expanded its Arkansas footprint by acquiring an EZGO distributor in Russellville.

According to a news release, Clear Creek closed a deal on Sept. 5 to buy Pappy’s Outdoors from Tommy Papasan and his son Drew. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal boosts Clear Creek’s footprint to nine locations in Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas and Oklahoma. The company has Arkansas locations in North Little Rock (8830 Landers Road) and Rogers (2340 W. Hudson Road).

Jerry Marti is Clear Creek’s principal owner, along with CEO Brian Cheever.

“We are very excited to be opening our ninth location in Russellville,”  Cheever said in a news release. “Russellville is not only a phenomenal community, but it serves as a hub for many other great communities that surround it. We are excited to invest in Russellville and the great people that live in the River Valley and beyond.”

Clear Creek offers new and used Club Car golf cars to fleet, commercial, and residential customers, along with service, parts, accessories, rentals and delivery.

The company has grown from two stores to nine within the past four years. According to the release, Clear Creek purchased a Club Car distributor in early 2021 in Little Rock. The company bought Club Car distributors in Oklahoma City and Tulsa earlier this year.

Clear Creek, which maintains headquarters in Ozark, Mo., has been in business for 40 years and has over 100 employees. The company was honored recently as Club Car’s Distributor of the Year for the second time in three years. The Little Rock location earned the Consumer Dealer of the Year.
