Acxiom appoints John Watkins as COO

Conway-based data marketer Acxiom named John Watkins as its new Chief Operating Officer.
The company said his addition will elevate Acxiom’s global operational capabilities for scaling, innovative breakthroughs, and transformative growth.
Watkins will report to CEO Chad Engelgau.

A veteran in technology and data, Watkins’ career spans over 20 years of experience leading complex operations strategies and guiding multifaceted teams.
Prior to joining Acxiom, he spent 15 years at Merkle serving in pivotal executive roles, including COO and Global Chief Transformation Officer.
