The Northwest Arkansas Business Journal proudly introduces our 27th class of Forty Under 40 honorees. Our annual list recognizes emerging leaders for achievements in their professional lives and the community.

A panel of the Business Journal’s editorial staff chose the honorees. To be considered, nominees must live and work in the Northwest Arkansas or Fort Smith metro.

Our staff faced a formidable task while reviewing a deep nomination pool for this year’s awards. This part of the job is incredibly gratifying because it underscores the abundance of talented and service-oriented individuals living and working in the community.

The honorees, representing various professions such as education, law, healthcare, real estate, the arts, and the nonprofit sector, are achieving remarkable accomplishments, and their influence is bound to resonate for many decades. They all share a common trait — success in their respective fields and a profound passion for serving causes greater than themselves.

On behalf of the Business Journal, we sincerely congratulate the Class of 2023 for their exceptional achievements and dedication to positively impacting their communities. We hope you enjoy reading these snapshots about where they came from, where they are and where they’re headed.
