Saline County retail property sells for $9.34M

Benton Commons, a 78,870-square-foot retail center at 1400-1418 Military Road in Benton, sold recently for $9.34 million.

Commercial real estate firm Colliers Arkansas in Little Rock announced the transaction Monday (May 22).

“Benton Commons is the premier grocery-anchored retail center in Saline County,” Colliers Arkansas executive vice president and principal Todd Rice said. “Its convenient location and strong tenant roster made it a quality investment purchase for its new owners. Colliers is pleased to have had the opportunity to represent our clients and to help facilitate this transaction.”

1410 Military Rd LLC of Miami, Fla., is the new owner. The seller was Kirkpatrick Real Properties LLC, registered to Don O. Kirkpatrick.

Grocery retailer Kroger is the anchor tenant of the 8.5-acre property. Other tenants of the fully leased retail center include State Farm Insurance, Sumo Express, Direct General Insurance and H&R Block.
