Lexicon promotes Steve Grandfield to COO
Lexicon Inc. announced Monday (Jan. 16) the promotion of Steve Grandfield as chief operating officer. Grandfield has served in several management positions, most recently serving as president of Prospect Steel, a role he will hold until he assumes the role of COO.
Working out of the company’s headquarters in Little Rock, he will oversee the company’s daily operations, review the efficiency of current business functions and collaborate with executive management to set and meet business objectives.
“As a longtime Lexicon employee, Steve’s strengths of patience, organizational awareness, relationship building and scheduling position him to step into this new role and drive our culture of success,” said Patrick Schueck, president and CEO of Lexicon Inc. “Steve will strengthen our processes and procedures, and take our operational execution to new levels of excellence.”
