Tempus Realty Partners pays $42M for Lane Bryant corporate campus in Ohio

Tempus Realty Partners, a Little Rock-based real estate investment partnership, announced Thursday (Nov. 10) the purchase of apparel retailer Lane Bryant’s 236,070-square-foot corporate campus in New Albany, Ohio.

Tempus Realty Partners reported the acquisition price at $42 million ($177.91 per square foot).

The deal includes two Class A buildings, both fully leased. The campus includes an on-site café, fitness center, multi-tiered water feature and a walking trail that winds through the surrounding green space.

Lane Bryant will remain a tenant for at least the next 20 years. Established in 1904, Lane Bryant sells plus-size women’s apparel in 450 stores nationwide.

“This purchase marks our sixth in the Columbus-area market,” Dan Andrews, Tempus Realty Partners CEO, said in a statement. “We’re thrilled to add such a high-quality property with a well-respected tenant to our portfolio.”

Andrews, Kevin Huchingson, Mark Saviers and Isaac Smith are Tempus’ general partners.
