What is the best business advice you have ever received or given? Disruptions and challenges should be viewed as opportunities. Use difficult times to go “all in” with planned initiatives/investments.
If you could change one thing about your leadership style, what would it be and why? Communication skills. I tend to assume the message is clear.
What is one thing you would change about your company if you could today? Finish up all the significant initiatives we have in process allowing us to more fully leverage our market position and become the company we all want to be.
