We are pleased to introduce to you the 2022 class of Northeast Arkansas Women in Business award winners.

This is our fourth year producing this award for the region, and we are excited with the distinguished group of nominees we received. As a matter of fact, we received so many strong nominations that we decided to expand this year’s class to 12 honorees.

The women highlighted in this latest issue of NEA Talk Business & Politics are building Northeast Arkansas into a regional destination — a great place to live, work, play and connect. They are entrepreneurial in spirit, dedicated to improvement personally and professionally, and certainly civic and community-minded in their endeavors.

This year’s honorees include:

Crystal Booth
Amanda Deel
Lexanne Horton
Crystal Johnson
Laura Miller
Brenda Million
Teresa Roche
Sandy Starnes
Cathy Tedder
Lenore Trammell
Christy Valentine
Debra West

We hope you enjoy learning more about the women in this year’s selections. We solicited questions to help you better understand what makes them tick and how they’ve achieved as much as they have. All of them make a noticeable impact on people who do business with them and work alongside them.

Through a Q&A format, the 12 women featured in this issue discuss key aspects that have shaped their leadership skills, encourage them to drive for excellence, and anchor their commitment to serving Northeast Arkansas.

Our honorees will get special recognition from Northeast Arkansas Talk Business & Politics through a special in-person reception on September 27th at the Glass Factory in Jonesboro.

Lastly, our tremendous thanks to Ritter Communications for their continuing support of this award. They have been a sponsor of the program since we launched and we are truly grateful for their endorsement of this recognition for the region. We are not only proud to partner with them again on this award, but we are appreciative of their dedication to empowering strong female leadership throughout their corporate structure.

Congratulations to the NEA Women in Business honorees of 2022! We hope you enjoy reading their profiles. We are proud of these women and all they do for Northeast Arkansas.
