On Tuesday (Jan. 4), Hydco Construction named Jeremy Hyde as president of the firm and Jarred Dulski as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Roger Marlin has been acting president since 2008.

“It is with great pleasure that I announce two promotions at Hydco today. First, Jeremy Hyde has been named President of Hydco and will take over the company’s day-to-day management,” Marlin said. “Over the past 25 years, Jeremy has developed in various roles with the company and is the third President of Hydco in its 35-year history.”

“Second, Jarred Dulski has been promoted to Vice President and chief operating officer. Jarred will take on the responsibility of managing Hydco’s field operations, and estimating, and project management. I am confident that Hydco’s future is bright with the promotions of these two deserving individuals,” Marlin added.

“I’m looking forward to taking the lead of Hydco,” said Hyde. “So many mentors have given their time and resources to ensure I reached this lifelong goal that I’ve had since childhood. Customer service has always been the focus of Hydco’s culture. I intend on ensuring that our teams’ everyday efforts continue to focus on our customers’ construction-related needs and dreams.”

Dulski joined Hydco in 2017 and has worked on several projects across the state of Arkansas as a Project Inspector and in a Construction Management position, including oversight of company operations, project estimating, and management.

Hydco is a general contractor with a 35-year history serving Arkansas and surrounding states with turnkey construction services.
