Mangan Holcomb Partners (MHP) and sister company, Team SI, announced a more integrated, co-branded operating structure and website on Thursday (Sept. 17) and it has added the title of CEO to President Sharon Vogelpohl’s duties.
MHP/Team SI, as the firm will be known, has grown to be among the largest Arkansas-based firms with more than 130 professionals representing the full spectrum of communications disciplines.
MHP has been in business for 48 years and has been partnered with Team SI, a digital marketing agency, since 2010.
“We’ve long shared ownership, values, resources and an ‘Innovation Lives Here’ mantra – now we’ll officially share a brand,” said CEO Sharon Tallach Vogelpohl.
Longtime business partner David Rainwater, who has served the MHP entity as CEO for 10 years, will now focus on select key clients, strategic planning and mentorship across the company.
“Timing is everything,” said Rainwater, who recently celebrated 32 years of service in the 48-year history of the firm. “We placed ourselves ahead of the industry evolution with our strategic partnership with Team SI in 2010 and 2020 is the perfect time to position ourselves to continue to fuel our incredible momentum. In the past year alone, we’ve welcomed dozens of new clients and team members and rolled out new platforms, new services and new satellite offices. We’ve led together for 25 years and we will continue to collaborate as closely as we always have.”
Chip Culpepper will continue to serve as Chief Creative Officer. Lannie Byrd will serve as Chief Operating Officer. Alex Hood will serve as Chief Technology Officer.
Tim Whitley, Founder of Team SI, will continue to bring vision and innovation to the MHP/Team SI brand, as well as provide leadership to existing and future diversification and growth-oriented subsidiary companies.
No ownership changes are associated with the organizational restructure.
