Walmart exec Marc Lore sells $10.9 million of company stock

Walmart U.S. eCommerce CEO Marc Lore sold another 85,000 shares of his Walmart stock holdings on April 15. The three large stock transactions netted Lore more than $10.924 million, according to a filing late Friday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

This comes on the heels of 85,000 shares sold in mid-March totaling $9.97 million. Lore still has more than 2,321,113 shares of Walmart stock in his personal account worth more than $306.665 million as of Friday (April 17).

He continues to accumulate shares of Walmart from his share of the $3.3  billion payment of Jet.com that was acquired by Walmart in 2016. He also receives shares as part of his deferred compensation as CEO of Walmart.com.

Shares of Walmart (NYSE: WMT) closed Friday (April 17) at $132.12, down 21 cents. For the past 52-week period Walmart shares have traded between a low of $95.85 and a high of $132.97, which was set intraday on Friday.
