Pediatrics Plus opens second Northwest Arkansas farm
Pediatrics Plus, a Conway-based pediatric healthcare provider, recently opened a nature-based therapy location in Elm Springs. The Farm at 501 Water Ave. includes a 12,000-square-foot building on 22 acres.
According to county records, Pediatrics Plus paid $790,000 for the land in June 2025. Carol Hill, successor trustee of the Geneva A. Holcomb Revocable Trust, was the seller.
The new location is similar to the previous location that Pediatrics Plus opened in Little Flock, the healthcare provider’s first Farm in Northwest Arkansas. The Farm locations combine occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language therapy and applied behavior analysis with outdoor, play-based experiences.
The new Farm offers the same services as the provider’s other Farm locations, including a farmhouse, barn, chicken coop and greenhouse with acres of outdoor play space, allowing children to learn and grow through real-life, hands-on therapy activities such as caring for animals, gardening, harvesting produce and exploring sensory-friendly spaces while building strength, confidence and life skills.

The provider’s Farm locations can each serve about 100 children. The new Farm is accepting new patients and has about 30 full-time staff. Pediatrics Plus doesn’t have plans for additional locations in Northwest Arkansas.
