State Rep. Andy Davis firm acquired by Jack Tyler Engineering
Little Rock-based Jack Tyler Engineering has acquired New Water Systems, the water and wastewater sales firm owned by State Rep. Andy Davis, R-Little Rock.
Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Jack Tyler Engineering serves customers in municipal, industrial, and commercial operations in Arkansas and the surrounding regions.
Davis will remain with the new company as will employees Charlotte Hayes, James Spann and Calvin Reynolds.
The merger will create one of the largest water and wastewater representatives and distributors in Arkansas, Northeast Texas, Eastern Oklahoma, Western Tennessee and Northern Mississippi, the companies said.
Based out of Little Rock, Arkansas, Jack Tyler Engineering provides pumps, air compressors, and process equipment with longer life expectancies and lower life cycle costs. The company is family-owned-and-operated and has been in business for over 55 years.
