Tempus Realty Partners, a Little Rock-based real estate investment partnership, announced Monday (March 30) the sale of Axis Park, a Greenville, S.C. office park located at 350 and 352 Halton Road.

Greenville County, South Carolina (a political subdivision of the state of South Carolina) purchased the property from Tempus Axis Partners LLC on March 24 for $33.1 million, according to a Tempus news release.

Axis Park consists of two buildings totaling 239,701 square feet on just over 17 acres near the Greenville/Spartanburg International Airport, Interstates 385 and 85 and a large retail amenity base.

Tempus Realty Partners paid $18.35 million for the property in 2017 and has since made several improvements including modernizing all common areas and lobbies and adding a tenant lounge and fitness center.

“We are very pleased with the results of this investment as it exceeded our original projections for our return to investors,” Dan Andrews, managing partner of Tempus Realty Partners, said in a statement. Other Tempus partners include Kevin Huchingson, Mark Saviers and Isaac Smith.
