Snyder Environmental joins forces with two firms to form EIS Holdings

O2 Investment Partners announced Wednesday (Oct. 23) the addition of Snyder Environmental & Construction to the newly formed EIS Holdings, which will become the third largest abatement firm in the country and a leading remediation and specialty infrastructure services firm.
Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
The combined company will report over $70 million in revenue, 550 employees and 19 offices serving the Southern, South Central, Midwest, and Rocky Mountain regions of the U.S., according to company officials.
EIS Holdings will be the merger of three firms – Snyder Environmental, 1 Priority Environmental Services and Earth Services & Abatement. Snyder, led by CEO Joe Carter, has been a premiere provider of environmental abatement and remediation services throughout the South Central U.S., particularly Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.
Headquartered in North Little Rock with offices in Tulsa, Dallas, and Bentonville, Snyder Environmental specializes in asbestos abatement, mold remediation, dust control, and lead paint removal.
According to a joint news release, all management, operating personnel and teams will remain in place under the platform. Carter has joined the EIS Holdings Board of Directors.
