Courtyard by Marriott Bentonville/Rogers opened Monday (Oct. 28) at 4201 West Green Acres Road in Rogers, just north of Pinnacle Hills Promenade.
Springdale-based Krushiker Hospitality Group is the owner and manager of the 122-room property. It features an innovative lobby space as well as Courtyard’s latest contemporary room design, according to a news release. The latest room design offers hybrid zones for working, sleeping, relaxing and getting ready.
“From day one, Courtyard has prided itself as a brand that listens to business travelers,” Janis Milham, senior vice president and global brand leader for Marriott’s Classic Select Brands, said in a statement. “Today’s technology has changed how people travel. Our guests want a room that has purpose and flexibility that enables a seamless transition between relaxing and working. Courtyard is designed to offer them a relaxing and functional space to work the way they want to, when they want to.”
The five-story hotel also has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and guest laundry. Approximately 2,716 square feet of meeting space can accommodate functions of up to 345 people, according to a news release.
A business library features several computer terminals, along with a printer and separate computer stations dedicated solely to printing airline boarding passes and checking flight status.
The hotel also has the Bistro, a casual dining restaurant with a variety of Classic American menu items. In the evening, the Bistro Bar also features an array of cocktails, beer and wine for guests.
Laura Orr is the hotel’s general manager.
