Maumelle’s Crystal Center sold in $950,000 transaction

Crystal Center, a retail strip center near a Walmart Supercenter in Maumelle, sold Wednesday (Sept. 25) to Bui Property of Little Rock LLC, registered to Tanchuc Bui of Little Rock.
Todd Rice and Casi Runnells of Colliers International in Little Rock represented the seller, Regal Properties LLC, registered to Muhammad N. Almahayni. Eugenia Williams of Gold Star Realty represented the buyer.
The 11,248-square-foot building at 13501-13541 Crystal Hill Road has tenants that include Taqueria Azteca restaurant, SuperCuts and F45 fitness center.
“Crystal Center is a great buy for its new owners,” Rice said in a news release. “The close proximity to Walmart makes it a convenient stop for residents. It will also benefit greatly from the new Maumelle entrance from Interstate 40 which will drive regional traffic from the interstate to directly in front of the property.”
Colliers International will continue to lease and manage the property. The single-story building was built in 2014. Regal Properties bought the land (1.27 acres) in September 2013 for $485,000.
The property appraised this year for $1.24 million, according to Pulaski County property records.
