Pharmacists chief Scott Pace to join Impact Management Group

Scott Pace, CEO of the Arkansas Pharmacists Association, will leave his post and join Impact Management Group (IMG), one of the state’s top governmental affairs firms.

Pace will become a partner with the firm effective Oct. 1.

Pace joins IMG following more than 12 years with the Arkansas Pharmacists Association, most recently serving as the organization’s Executive Vice President and CEO. He worked on legislation affecting pharmacists, including the recently enacted pharmacy benefits manager (PBMs) regulatory framework.

“Scott’s extensive experience in government relations and association management will be a tremendous asset for our firm and our clients,” said Managing Partner Robert Coon. “Scott is widely respected as a lobbyist and has a reputation for operating with integrity. We’re delighted that he is joining our firm as a partner and are looking forward to adding him to the firm’s leadership team.”

Pace is a licensed pharmacist and attorney. He holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Arkansas State University, a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a Juris Doctorate with High Honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law.
