Colliers International Arkansas, the state’s largest commercial real estate and property management firm, has acquired Little Rock commercial real estate management firm Irwin Saviers Ballard (ISB).

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Established in 1999, ISB is a property management firm with a portfolio that includes WestLake Corporate Park and One Cantrell among others. The six property managers and maintenance technicians who currently manage ISB properties will join the Colliers International staff.

The additional properties will bring Colliers’ total square feet under management to approximately 17.9 million.

“ISB has a fantastic reputation and we are thrilled to add their talented staff to our Colliers family,” Isaac Smith, president of Colliers International Arkansas, said in a statement. “This acquisition has been a seamless process for our respective teams and our goal for the clients is to experience the same level of service and support they have come to expect.”

Colliers International Arkansas merged with Little Rock firm Irwin Partners in September 2017 and Jim Irwin, a former principal with Irwin Partners and now an executive broker with Colliers, was also a partner in ISB along with Mark Saviers of Little Rock who is also a principal at Sage Partners, an Arkansas commercial real estate firm.

Colliers International Arkansas has offices in Little Rock and Rogers and is part of the global Colliers International network of 396 offices in 68 countries.
