Amanda Swift of BancorpSouth Insurance Services in Little Rock was a state winner in the 2017 Outstanding Customer Service Representative of the Year Award. Swift received top honors from the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. https://www.bancorpsouth.com/insurance
“The annual award recognizes the contributions and commitment of customer service representatives who serve clients within the insurance industry,” according to a news release. The awards are based on submitted essays and demonstrated service to agencies, industries and the community. State winners are eligible to compete for the national honor, announced later this year.
“The Outstanding CSR of the Year Award singles out an individual from each state who, by word and example, represents the exceptional customer service representatives across the nation,” said Danielle Janecka, senior vice president of The National Alliance. https://www.scic.com/
Markham McKnight, president for BancorpSouth Insurance, was proud of the two employees from the company who received the honors. The other employee was Dane Capley of Mississippi.
“To have not one, but two teammates recognized in one year illustrates the company’s strong service culture,” McKnight said.
