Springdale executive elected president of Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas

Mike Luttrell, president of Walker Brothers Insurance in Springdale, was elected president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas at the group’s 116th Annual Convention held June 4-6 in Grapevine, Texas.  Luttrell has previously served on the IIAA executive committee and board of directors.

Other officers elected at the convention include: president-elect Phillip Greer of M.F. Block Insurance in Paragould; vice president Travis Mulhearn of The Farris Agency in Conway; and secretary/treasurer Nathan Price of Alliance Group in Arkadelphia. Terry Youngblood of Youngblood Insurance Agency in Texarkana,was elected representative to the board of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (IIABA).

The Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas is the state’s largest and oldest property and casualty insurance association. It represents more than 350 member agencies and is affiliated with the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America, the nation’s largest association of primarily property and casualty insurance producers.
