Acxiom Corp. signed an agreement this week to lease the remaining 11,215 square feet in the 301 Main St. building in downtown Little Rock’s Creative Corridor.

Completed in 2015, the building is part of downtown’s Creative Corridor re-development. Acxiom will occupy 4,487 square feet on the second floor and 6,728 square feet on the third floor of the building. Other tenants include Waymack and Crew Moving Pictures, Tropical Tango and Blue Flame Minerals. The building is now 100 percent occupied.

Todd Rice and Mason Lewis with Colliers International Arkansas negotiated the lease on behalf of the building owner, Terraforma LLC.

“301 Main is the cornerstone of Little Rock’s Creative Corridor,” said Rice, Colliers International Arkansas principal and executive vice president. “The Acxiom lease completes Terraforma’s vision for this building and we applaud their investment in downtown Little Rock.”

Earlier this month, Acxiom sold its downtown Little Rock office tower to Pine Bluff-based Simmons Bank. The company is moving its headquarters from Little Rock to Conway.
