Three Residential Agents Form New Company
Three residential real estate agents in Benton County have formed their own company in downtown Bentonville.
Chris Wimberly, Michelle Dearing and Calah Andelman have joined as partners to form Midtown Associates, with an office at 211 S. Main St.
The company, officially formed April 1, is a branch of Bentonville-based NWA Realty Group. The company is owned by Chris Bartholomew and Andy Tiner and primarily focus on property management, with a current portfolio of over 400 properties.
Wimberly previously worked for the Curtis Realty Group at Keller Williams Market Pro Realty in Bentonville. Dearing and Andelman were selling for Limbird Real Estate Group of Rogers.
Together, the three have more than 40 years’ experience in the industry, and they combined to sell a little more than $35 million in residential real estate in 2015.
Dearing said the newly formed group put 10 properties under contract in its first month, and another 10 listings are in the pipeline.
The company will also be the exclusive listing agent for a planned “pocket community” called Tourmaline Urban Lofts, a 15-unit project situated at 501 S.E. D St. and being developed by Picture Real Estate Development of San Diego.
A groundbreaking is scheduled for May 19.
