The WorkMatters Leadercast will host a simulcast leadership conference on May 6 from 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Cross Church in Rogers. The event is brought to Northwest Arkansas by WorkMatters, a locally founded nonprofit organization focused on integrating faith and work.

Leaders can access the knowledge and experience of eight world-renowned leaders by attending Leadercast. The event is broadcast live from Atlanta, Georgia, to more than 750 sites in 14 countries.

The WorkMatters Leadercast site in Rogers has historically been the largest site in the world with over 1,900 leaders attending last year. Speakers include a range of leaders, public figures and authors.

This year’s speakers are: Andy Stanley, best-selling leadership author and communicator; Nick Saban, head football coach at the University of Alabama; Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple Inc.; James Brown, network broadcaster, CBS Sports and CBS News; Rorke Denver, Navy Seal commander and author; Dr. Henry Cloud, acclaimed leadership expert and clinical psychologist; best-selling author Chris-Barez Brown; and Kat Cole, group president at Focus Brands (Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon and more).

This diverse group of internationally acclaimed leaders will share insights to help others create an empowering path towards the future.

This year’s theme, “Architects of Tomorrow,” will equip leaders with the ability to design a path, clarify the direction and lead their team towards a more fruitful future.

“Leadercast is an affordable opportunity for leaders of all ages to receive exceptional leadership development from thought leaders typically inaccessible at a local level,” said WorkMatters president David Roth. “What better opportunity to get this kind of high-caliber leadership content without the expense of travel. This is also an opportunity for team leaders to invest in themselves and their team. It’s a great day for growing and team building.”

WorkMatters will also present attendees with more leadership content through a panel of Northwest Arkansas leaders.

This year’s speaker panel includes: Chris Sultemeier, executive vice president, logistics, Walmart U.S.; Blake Woolsey, executive vice president, Mitchell; Bryson Moss, associate director, Procter & Gamble
