Hotel Developer Invests $1.17M on South 48th Street in Springdale

A local hotel developer has secured land that might potentially bring a new development to South 48th Street in Springdale.
Narendra “Narry” Krushiker, the owner of hotel management and development company Krushiker Hospitality Group Inc., recently closed four separate land purchases for a combined $1.17 million.
The acquisitions were made in the name of Shiloh Hospitality LLC, and netted approximately 5 acres across 48th Street from a Holiday Inn.
A spokesperson for KHG said “major decisions” still have to be made regarding the property and development plans were not finalized.
KHG operates six hotels. In October 2014, it opened the $12 million Hilton Garden Inn & Conference Center, a 115-room facility located at the southbound Wedington Road exit off Interstate 49 in Fayetteville.
