Dunkin Donuts to Add Four NWA Locations

A new franchise group has taken ownership of four Dunkin’ Donuts locations in Northwest Arkansas, with plans to develop four new restaurants in the area.

Hyde Park Ventures LLC, led by Greg Vasey of Massachusetts and Jody Goehring of Texas, has acquired Dunkin’ Donuts locations in Fort Smith, Springdale, Fayetteville and Bentonville. The group also operates restaurant franchises in Massachusetts and Vermont.

The purchase price was not disclosed. A franchise group led by Jerald Baker of Fort Smith was the previous owner of the local Dunkin’ Donuts stores.

In addition to the four new NWA stores, Hyde Park has also agreed to open 10 new restaurants in Tulsa. The new restaurants in Arkansas and Oklahoma are planned to open starting in 2017.

CBRE Inc. will represent Hyde Park in its real estate efforts in Northwest Arkansas and Tulsa.

Dunkin’ Donuts was founded in 1950 and has more than 11,700 restaurants in 43 countries.
