Trailside Coffee Stop on Tap for Springdale

Downtown Springdale will soon see the opening of a new café, the Trailside Coffee Co., located inside the new Phat Tire Bike Shop at 100 N. Emma Ave.
True to its name, the café’s door will open right onto the Razorback Greenway trail and the under-construction Walter Turnbow Park.
On tap will be a menu of coffee drinks, fresh juices and smoothies. In addition, grab-and-go pastries and granola balls will be on offer to provide sustenance for cyclists, said the café’s owner, Katie Schneider.
Schneider told Whispers she’s shooting for an opening date of April 30.
“I’m excited about this opportunity because coffee has been a passion of mine my whole life,” she said. “I’ve been a barista for more than 10 years. It’s what I do and I intend to be the best in the area.”
