Pinnacle Estate to Host 4th Annual A-List Event

The Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s 4th annual A-List Event, designed to honor excellence in the residential real estate industry, will be held March 15 at one of Northwest Arkansas’ most palatial estates.
This year’s event, sponsored by City Title & Closing LLC of Fayetteville, will be at 2 LaCoste Court, a 16,293-SF French Provincial estate, situated on 3.53 acres inside the gates of Pinnacle Country Club in Rogers.
The property is owned by Fayetteville-based Signature Bank of Arkansas and being marketed by Portfolio Luxury Real Estate of Rogers for $5.5 million.
The three-level residence includes hand painted murals, smart home technology, an elevator, home audio system throughout and nine fireplaces.
The property also includes a theater, library, fitness room, wine cellar, safe room, and a heated, resort-style pool with a lion head tiered fountain.
Some architectural elements include Amish beams, Tibetan temple hardwood floors, custom made French crystal chandeliers & Chateau cabinetry.
Last year’s A-List event, a limited-ticket affair held at the home of Mike and Sherri Long at 21 Pinnacle Drive in Rogers, drew a crowd of more than 150 real estate brokers, bankers and other professionals.
There are 200 tickets available for this year’s event, which begins at 5:30 p.m. and is catered by Kruton’s Catering of Springdale.
