Banded Holdings Acquires Avery Outdoors

Springdale company Banded Holdings Inc. has acquired Avery Outdoors Inc. of Memphis, Tennessee, the company announced Wednesday.
Banded Holdings designs and produces waterfowl hunting apparel and lifestyle apparel products under the Banded brand.
Avery Outdoors, founded in 1994, manufacturers waterfowl hunting gear under the Avery, Greenhead Gear and Avery Sporting Dog brands.
“This new venture represents the coming together of two of the most talented and experienced staffs in the industry to offer the best in innovative waterfowl hunting and outdoor gear,” Banded Holdings CEO Chuck Browning said in a prepared statement.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Banded will keep open Avery’s former headquarters in Memphis as part of its operational footprint.
