TeleTech Hiring Another 100, Including Health Insurance Agents

A company that announced earlier this year that they would be hiring 125 people at its Jonesboro location will be seeking to fill 100 additional openings, company officials said Thursday.
Officials with TeleTech said they would be hosting job fair events July 29, August 5 and August 12 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at their Jonesboro facility on Caraway Road to fill the openings.
The company is looking for customer sales representatives and licensed healthcare insurance sales agents, company communications official Elizabeth Grice said.
“TeleTech will cover the cost of the licensing training and exam fees for prequalified applicants interested to participate in their Healthcare Insurance Career Development Program to become Licensed Healthcare Insurance Sales Agents,” Grice said in a media release. “These positions are well suited for people with customer service or sales experience, Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agents and those looking to start a career with TeleTech, as they involve working with a nationally-recognized health insurance client.”
The company is offering competitive wages, sign-on bonuses, expanded performance incentives, extensive training, and career advancement opportunities, Grice said.

The announcement Thursday is the fourth such announcement in the past year for the company.
Company officials said in July 2014 that they would hire 150 people as they opened the facility. When the facility opened, officials said they would hire another 150 people.
Also, officials announced in June 2015 that they would seek to fill 120 positions at the Jonesboro facility.
