Coulson Oil Forms Equipment Company

Coulson Oil formed a new company to provide equipment to the convenience store and fuel retailer industry.

The new company, Diamond State Equipment, will deliver a single touchpoint to satisfy the purchasing, maintenance, and environmental needs of the fuel and convenience retailer, Coulson Oil said in a press release on Thursday.

Diamond State Equipment is a new distributor of Gilbarco, Veeder-Root, and Gasboy fuel equipment. Gilbarco Veeder-Root is an industry leading manufacturer of components such as fuel dispensers, point of sale, and tank gauges.

“We have been purchasing Gilbarco equipment to provide turnkey solutions for our 120 convenience stores for over 25 years and are excited about Gilbarco’s decision to grant Diamond State Equipment its newest distributorship” said John Harris, president of Coulson Oil Company.

Diamond State Equipment will offer service to the equipment for clients. The services offered include complete maintenance and troubleshooting of all fuel equipment as well as electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration services.

Commercial lighting, underground tanks, and all other critical equipment from leading manufacturers such as LSI will also be available for purchase.
