French Hill TV Ad Touts Penny-pinching Habits

A new TV ad for Second Congressional District GOP candidate French Hill touts the penny-pinching habits he would bring to Washington, D.C.
The ad, which begins airing district-wide on broadcast and cable TV starting Saturday, features Hill’s wife and kids and his old car known as “Old Blue.”
His daughter, Liza, notes that her father has been driving Old Blue since before she was born, “He watches every penny.”
“It’s embarrassing,” adds his son, Payne.
Hill completes the spot saying he’ll bring fiscal discipline to Congress.
“Like you, I don’t spend money I don’t have and Washington shouldn’t either,” says Hill.
You can watch the ad below. A similar ad will also air on various radio stations across the district too.
Hill faces Rep. Ann Clemmer and Col. Conrad Reynolds in the Republican primary on May 20. The winner faces Democrat Pat Hays in the general election.
