Cincinnati Creek Completes Property Deal for $3.75M

A total of 32 single-family homes now belong to a Springdale businessman after a $3.75 million deal.

Rob Kimbel, through his Cincinnati Creek Properties LLC, paid for the property in Centerton and Springdale.

Kimbel is CEO of Springdale-based Kimbel Mechanical Systems Inc.

MMK Investments LLC, led by Rick Mooney, Hasan Masri and Kimbel, was the seller.

United Bank of Springdale provided financing with a four-year mortgage of $3.58 million.

In Springdale, the transaction shifted ownership of 11 single-story homes on Fern’s Valley Loop in the Fern’s Valley subdivision near the intersection of Wagon Wheel Road and North Thompson Street.

In north Centerton, the deal involved 21 homes in Phase II of the Char-Lou addition just off Seba Road near Centerton Gamble Elementary. The properties are on Saddlehorn Drive, Lariat Drive, Spur Lane and Lasso Lane.

 

Rockwood Real Estate

A residential property on 79.2 acres in east Fayetteville has a new owner after a $1.49 million sale.

East Mountain LLC, led by David D. Nelms, bought the property on East Rockwood Trail, just north of the The Cliffs apartments off Arkansas Highway 265.

First Federal Bank of Harrison was the seller.

Waco Title Co. of Springdale was the closing agent.

A 2,093-SF, single-story home on the property was built in 1992. Its most recent appraisal was $265,200.

FFB acquired the property in April 2010. Gary Combs, through his Sequoyah Meadows LLC, was the previous owner.

Combs paid $3.7 million for the property in June 2008. Brandon Barber, through his Lynnkohn LLC, was the seller.

Barber purchased the land in August 2005 for $2.75 million.

 

Landwehr Home

A Beaver Lake home in the Pointe Clear Heights addition of Rogers recently sold for $1.05 million.

Mark and Mary Campbell of Denton, Texas, bought the 3,691-SF home on Landwehr Road from John R. III and Amelia Eldridge.

Realty Title & Closing Services LLC of Springdale was the closing agent.

Amelia Eldridge with Lindsey & Associates of Fayetteville was the listing agent.

The four-bedroom home was built on 3.34 acres in 2003 and recently appraised for $1.07 million.

Eldridge bought the property in April 1997 for $35,000.

 

Fir Find

A 5,682-SF home in the Montefiori subdivision of Rogers recently sold for $756,000.

William and Cathy Stribling bought the West Fir Street home from Michael and Elizabeth Hyman.

Cathy Culpepper with Keller Williams Market Pro Realty in Bentonville was the listing agent.

Ginger Campbell with Portfolio Luxury Real Estate of Rogers represented the buyer.

City Title & Closing LLC of Fayetteville was the closing agent.

United Bank of Springdale funded the purchase with a one-year mortgage of $756,000.

The five-bedroom home was built on 3.26 acres in 1998 and appraised in 2011 for $664,650.

Hyman bought the property in October 2009 for $685,000.

 

Savanna Abode

A 5,200-SF home in Phase IV of the Savanna Estates addition of Fayetteville recently sold for $712,000.

Teryl Curry bought the East Natchez Trace home from Charles Wayne Jr. & Amy Anderson.

Waco Title Co. of Springdale was the closing agent.

The five-bedroom home was built in 2004 and last appraised for $730,450.

Anderson bought the home in 2005 from Daniel and Lori Hamilton for $755,000.
